Trying to get a flange between bulkheads 1 & 2 along the side of the fuselage. I laid the BID onto the side of the fuselage and covered with peel ply, followed with a good rolling. Then using two thin aluminum plates I sandwiched the top half of the BID and weighed it down with lumber.
