Another good day working on the aileron well after talking to Chad at Velocity. As I mentioned earlier there is glass tape installed inside the well which when pulled will remove the unwanted foam leaving clean fiberglass on the top, bottom, and both sides as shown in the following pictures. Just a small amount of sanding and the well will be ready for glassing. The opening you can see in this picture is where the aileron torque tube will pass through to control the aileron.
