After lunch I went back to getting the nut on the bolt by myself and finally succeeded with the help of the dremel tool and perseverance. I also removed the other bottom bolt on the engine mount as it was also too long and replaced it with a shorter bolt. Now four of the five bolts are proper length and properly torqued. I tried to replace the fifth bolt but I destroyed the nut and don't have any spare, more on order.
