I started by cutting the glass pieces for the front side of the foam. The manual said to cut one piece large enough so that it overlaps on all four sides. I decided to cut the BID to the exact size to cover the foam and then use BID tape to secure it on all sides. Not as easy as it looks because the BID kept moving as I was applying the Micro Slurry to the corners. Experience is a wonderful teacher. This is going to be one of the strongest pieces in the plane. I did both sides today and went home as the weather was really bad (-18 C with wind chill of -27 C).
